Ancillary Fees
Ancillary fees vary by campus and support aspects of your experience as a Northern College student, such as Student Associations, Athletic Facilities, and Health Benefits.
Ancillary fees are paid in full for the entire academic year in the first semester.
Fees due may differ from information on the website. Fees listed on the website are for a typical full-time Fall intake program. Fees for winter or spring intake may differ. Refer to your official student records for payments due.
The Convocation and Official Documentation Fee (GRA) of $100.00 only applies for the first year of each program.

Ancillary fees may also include program specific fees depending on the requirements of your program of study, such as fees associated with co-op, equipment, or learning technology.

Your login information is found on your Offer of Admissions letter. This document also provide important tuition and deposit payment deadlines.
Please review the Payment Information for important details on paying for your education with us, including access to the payment registration form, how to submit payment in your student account, important dates and deadlines, or alternative methods of paying.
- New Students: Entirety of tuition and fees payment is due in full within three weeks of receiving your offer letter per details in your offer letter.
- Returning Students: Full payment of remaining tuition and fees are due before Day 10 of the semester (except those with OSAP or approved payment plans). After Day 10, a late fee of $150 is applied to any accounts with outstanding fees due.
