Information & Application

Included in Residence Rooms

Rooms at the Timmins Campus Residence include a single bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet, and drawers, as well as a private three-piece washroom in every unit.

The residence offers a large common kitchen with five cooking stations, laundry facilities, lounges with cable television and a games room.

The residence includes free wi-fi internet.

Live in residence and enjoy being just steps away from your classes and all the college amenities.

Note: If you are unable to meet the payment options set out in your acceptance email, please contact info@timminsresidence.ca to set up a payment plan.

Rates for Apprenticeship Terms

Regular Term: September 1, 2024 to April 25, 2025		 $6,380.00 payable on or before June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

(Save $150 when paid in full!)

 $6,530.00 payable in two (2) installments:

  • $3,920.00 due on or before June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. 2024
  • $2,610.00 due on or before September 30, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
 $6,580.00 payable as three (3) installments of:

  • $1,980.00 due on or before June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $2,630.00 on or before October 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $1,970.00 on or before January 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
Summer 2024
Regular Term: May 3, 2024 to August 17, 2024		 $2,800.00 payable on or before April 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. $2,800.00 payable in four (4) installments of

  • $700.00 due on or before April 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $700.00 due on or before May 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $700.00 due on or before June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $700.00 due on or before July 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
Winter 2025
Regular Term: January 4, 2025, to April 25, 2025		 $3,190.00 due November 11, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. or, if accepted after November 11, 2024, payment is due immediately.

(Save $100 when pay in full!)

 $3,290.00 payable in two (2) installments:

  • $2,000.00 on or before November 11, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $1,290.00 on or before January 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.

  • $1,000.00 on or before October 13, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $1,000.00 on or before January 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.
Summer 2024 $1,400.00 payable on or before April 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.  $1,400.00 payable in four (4) installments

  • $3500.00 on or before April 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $350.00 on or before May 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $350.00 on or before June 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
  • $350.00 on or before July 15, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

  • 4 Weeks: $950.00
  • 6 Weeks: $1,350.00
  • 7 Weeks $1,565.00
  • 8 Weeks $1,840.00
  • 10 Week: $2,270.00
  • 12 Weeks: $2,760.00
